No matter how much I am in the present and now or how blissed I am, there still seems to be some repetitive cycles or blocks in my life. They aren’t affecting my health or mental well-being anymore, however they still make life more of a struggle than it should be.
I knew there were life cycle patterns tied into the moon and sun cycles of our life, and that we are to ride the wave so to speak instead of be drowned by that wave. However, I have some impending circumstances that are trying to repeat themselves like they do for me about every 10 years. So, I decided to do some research. I will say of all the things I have researched to get really good information about this, it took some digging.
However, I believe this is what is going on with me, and I am not going to let it happen anymore. So, without further ado I will share with you what I have found. I will start out with some basics in case you aren’t familiar with some of it, then go into the part that I just recently started studying. I also like to add, this doesn’t mean all the other teachings are wrong. They are very much still accurate, but this takes it to another level and I hope it helps you as well.
What is the Subconscious?
The subconscious could be described as computer software that stays hidden in the background until something triggers it to be activated. When someone reaches a level of consciousness to where they are aware of what they are actively thinking or doing at least most of the time, there is still a level of processes that is still hidden in our programming. That programming is our memories, experiences, senses that are buried into our consciousness.
How many times have you heard a song playing on the radio and that song triggers a memory or event? Or perhaps, someone mentions something that triggers you to instantly think about something that happened to you in the past that you haven’t thought about for years. You weren’t thinking about it before it was mentioned, yet instantly it pops up and you can see the event as if it was happening to you right now. Those are examples of what are recorded in our subconscious.
Those memories those traces are just like when you remove a program off of your computer but the reg files are still lurking in the background causing a problem with the computer. They cause you to repeat patterns or situations without you even knowing why it is happening to you.
My own personal theory is that programming actually attract things to happen to you. Situations, that are not even in your control out of the blue shows their ugly face and it is something that you keep repeating in your life. For instance, I will use my personal example. Every 8-10 years I have been in a financial crunch. I have had to restart my life several times from ground up financially. Now that I am consciously aware of what I do, what I say, what I think, I was able to see the pattern forming again situations that are not even in my control anymore are happening again. Several years ago the situation for example happened when a drunk driver hit me during one of those financial slumps, that ended up resulting in me filing bankruptcy. I listen to all these financial advisers and other things, I was always tight with my money and was very frugal and I wasn’t living the high life, but circumstances always happened that made me start over again. Again, mostly no fault of my own. My theory is the subconscious can actually recreate our situations and make us stuck in a loop.
If our thoughts can manifest what happens to us, then is not possible that our programming can also attract certain events to happen to us again in our lives on a cycle?
What is Cell Memory?
I knew from years ago, being a huge fan of Sylvia Browne, that we can bring memories into us from past lives and from injuries. I knew we could have programming that made us hurt and recreate fear. That these memories can be our phobias in this lifetime. Even, with that knowledge sometimes we just don’t see ourselves in the mirror or see the obvious that is right in front of our face until we allow awareness to show us. When I woke up from a good night sleep and listening to binaural beats, the first thought (if that was what it was) I had was, “you are repeating a cycle fix it. Get past this cycle”.
So, after that “message” I was wondering off and on during the day. How do I get past this? I have been reprogramming my consciousness, I have come to a place of blissfulness to where even these obstacles I’m experiencing aren’t affecting my health or my mood or my daily life. Though at the same time, I need to get rid of this obstacle. I need to fix it. So, I stayed up all night watching YouTube until I found this one at 4:30 AM.

Ways to Reprogram Your Subconscious mind and Cellulary Memory Healing
The video above is a wonderful first step, with almost a self hypnosis regimen to do with it, after it fully explains it better than I can. However, here are a few other ways to help reprogram your cells and subconscious. I would like to add, I am fully aware the cells we have today are not the cells we had when the events took place. We also do not actually know where the mind is except for it is consciousness itself. I feel the subconscious is intertwined with the consciousness. Our job is to pull it out of it. Deepak Chopra says and I’m paraphrasing here “that there is a transfer or transformation when new cells are created”. I see that as a reincarnation of the cells myself.
Regardless, of what it actually is or isn’t we know that the subconscious plays a huge effect on our daily lives. Here are some ways to reprogram your subconscious mind and the cell memory.
1) Self Affirmations – tell yourself who you really are or who you want to be. For example, I am successful. I am the universe. Always use positive words has the subconscious does not hear negative words. If you say “I am not my past”, it will only hear the “I am my past” so try to avoid using phrases with the word not in it.
2)Self-hypnosis – there are really good self-hypnosis YouTubes out there all you have to do is put in the search engine of YouTube and what you want to hypnosis yourself about and there’s usually one specifically for that. I recommend listening to them at first without focusing on it to begin with to make sure it isn’t programming you with something you don’t want. Then, if it is something you think will benefit you actually focus and do what it says to do.
3)Meditation/Yoga – Meditation is like rebooting our systems. The more rebooting we do the better our programs work the way we want them to. The more aware we are the more we know when it is our subconscious or cell memory is at work. If you are not aware then you will miss the opportunity to deal with it head on as it shows up.
4)Binaural beats and isochronic tones – These take certain frequencies in which different areas of our body and life energies are affected. By listening to these for long periods of time, they work on the frequencies your cells do and allow you to have better control of your life in the areas you want to work on. Many people are doing this today, and I have seen many comments on how well they are working. From attracting wealth to improving health, people are finding great success with these.

There are some very good ones on YouTube. However, maybe you would like one on CDs or mp3s that you can take anywhere and use anytime. Or, if you are looking for specific ones.
