So, you know what you are supposed to do. You have read who knows how many self-help books, you have watched countless number of YouTube videos. However, none of them are working? Why?
You Must Take Action
No amount of reading, researching, or thinking about whatever it is you are trying to accomplish is going to get it done. In order to accomplish something you must do it. You must take action. It must be something that you want with all of your heart or it isn’t going to work.
You won’t accomplish total peace, enlightenment, or blissfulness in just reading some articles. It takes conscious effort on your part.
So, What is Stopping You From Pursuing Happiness?
Don’t have enough time? Do you have children distracting you? Feel like you need to do something else first before you can get to meditating, work on manifesting the things you desire, or you just can’t concentrate?
All the excuses you have are the exact reasons you need to do what you know you need to do.
So what is stopping you from going into action?
The Answer? Mostly likely your own MIND!
The Very Thing You Want to Fix
The very thing you want to fix is the very thing that is stopping you from fixing it. Your mind = your ego does not want to be told that you are going to control it. It will make you scared, tell yourself this is stupid, you don’t have time for it, I will once I do this that and the other, throw every negative thing your way, distract, and the list goes on and on.
So, this is a bit of a paradox isn’t it? You have to Control Your Mind, while it is giving you the same old battle but more intensely. So you are reading this post to learn how to get Blissful, will you do it? Or is this another thing you read that is stupid or won’t work? I am asking the one that is perceiving the mind. Not the Mind. Because, that is the one that will break free from the minds control.
The One Time I Will Tell You To Get Mad
What? You thought I wanted you to be blissful, and now I’m tell you to get mad. Yep, get mad at how you are living. Get mad at physically feeling weak and sick. Get Mad at something else having control over you, and that someone is who you call yourself. If a physical person insulted you and treat you like your own mind treats you, you would be angry and you wouldn’t let them would you? However, you allow your own mind treat you that way.
